I had Richie come out, meet me at work and had my windshield chip filled in 15 minutes or less. He told me 40-50 minutes ahead of time so I knew roughly when he would arrive. He called me when he got to my place of work and fixed my window quickly and professionally. Chatting with him while doing it he told me he has done this for over 20 years so you know you are getting someone who knows what they are doing! It was a relief to have someone fix the stone chip so quickly and having the conscience of them coming to me just made it even better! ~ Sarah J
